This is our go to for a clean and complex coffee. It works well with fruity, floral & delicate single origins.
Apparatus
15g medium-fine ground coffee
230g water (off boil)
Filter paper
Scales
V60 (2 Cup)
Method
1. Place V60 over vessel and line with filter paper (figure 3)
2. Rinse filter with hot water and discard water.
3. Add grounds into filter. Place all apparatus on scales and tare.
4. Slowly add 50gs of water, making sure all grounds are wet. Allow to bloom for 30 seconds.
5. Continue to slowly pour water in circles from the centre to edge until desired volume of water has been reached.
6. Wait for water to drip through then remove cone and filter.
