220g /250g water (off boil)

Method
1. Connect two parts of the Aeropress, extend and then invert as shown in Figure 2.
2. Place filter paper in cap and rinse.
3. Add coffee grounds to inverted Aeropress.
4. Pour water over the coffee grounds quickly and stir. Leave for 90 seconds.
5. Screw cap on, flip Aeropress and place over your vessel.
6. Press slowly down on the plunger to extract coffee.
